Sharon L. Hardy, MA, PCC is a Consultant in Towers Watson’s Talent Management and Organization Alignment practice based in Philadelphia. Sharon has over 20 years experience in all aspects of organization development in diverse industries, delivering value added solutions to her clients. She has been a change leader and strategic thinking partner on projects in the manufacturing, educational and healthcare industries.
Sharon's areas of experience include talent management, organization effectiveness, leadership development, performance management, change management and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Towers Watson, Sharon was President of Sharon L. Hardy & Associates LLC, a successful consulting practice helping organizations and leaders build high-performance cultures of trust, accountability, service and innovation.
She has held progressively responsible leadership and senior management roles in Health Care and Industry for over fifteen years, most recently serving as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for Virtua Health, an award-winning health care system in Marlton, NJ. Virtua won the "Best Place to Work" in the Delaware Valley award from the Philadelphia Business Journal every year of her tenure, and received the NJ Governor's Award for Excellence.
Sharon also led the organization development function for the engineering division withinin Harley-Davidson Motor Company. In her leadership positions, her responsibilities included driving cultural change, aligning talent management and performance strategies with business goals, and creating leadership development strategy and corporate university design.
Sharon holds a B.S. in Psychology from Tufts University, an M.A. from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, and holds numerous certifications. She has received the designation of Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation. Sharon has developed numerous customized programs in personal and professional development and is known for her ability to see to the heart of the matter and design solutions that create lasting success.
In addition to her academic training and professional credentials, Sharon has received a national certification in bodywork and has been certified as a White Belt NIA teacher. Sharon embodies an integrated, mind-body-spirit approach to life and promotes balance as a path to sustainable success.
